HI, I’M ALICIA.
I’m a yoga instructor dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to holistic well-being through the practice of yoga. With a focus on cultivating inner peace, strength, and balance; I offer classes that blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation.
My yoga journey began at the age of 10, practicing to Rodney Yee and Ali McGraw VSH videos in my childhood living room. Diagnosed with scoliosis during college, I turned to yoga as both a spiritual practice and a sanctuary for physical and emotional well-being. During this time, I experienced a profound sense of calm and empowerment in my yoga journey which led me to pursue a 200-hr Yoga Medicine training with Tiffany Cruikshank - teacher, student, author, and educator.
Since then, I’ve been committed to sharing the profound benefits of yoga with others. Whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned practitioner, my classes are designed to meet you where you are, helping you discover a greater sense of harmony in both body and mind.
